Lightweight Carbon Fixtures

Onze lichtgewicht fixtures combineren koolstofbuizen met 3D-geprinte PA-glasvezelverbindingsstukken, waardoor complexe vormen mogelijk zijn. Ze wegen 50-70% minder dan vergelijkbare modellen van staal of aluminium, waardoor operators ze de hele dienst zonder belasting met de hand kunnen hanteren. Dit vermindert ergonomische risico’s, versnelt omstellingen en verkort cyclustijden, terwijl de stijfheid en de lage thermische uitzetting van koolstof de toleranties stabiel houden – en dat alles afgestemd op uw proces.

FiXar heeft een speciale montagetafel ontworpen en gebouwd voor de efficiënte en foutloze montage van fillerpiece parts voor vrachtwagens. Het werkstation is geschikt voor vier productvarianten (links/rechts, met plug of verlengstuk) en combineert geïntegreerde kwaliteitscontrole met Poka-Yoke-principes om een constante montagekwaliteit te waarborgen.
