At predefined intervals, an operator removes a seat from the assembly line and places it into the fixture for inspection. The fixture securely positions the seat in a fixed orientation, allowing critical dimensions and assembly points to be checked quickly and consistently.
Designed for one specific seat type, the fixture helps the customer maintain stable production quality and detect assembly deviations at an early stage.
