The initial fixture concept and product design were provided by the customer and subsequently reviewed by FiXar with a strong focus on material selection, manufacturability and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Following design validation, FiXar managed the complete manufacturing and assembly process of the fixture. All components were produced according to the required tolerances and quality standards, after which the fixture was fully assembled and functionally verified.
To guarantee dimensional accuracy and compliance with the customer specifications, a final measurement and inspection report was generated upon completion. This ensured full validation of the fixture before integration into the production environment.
