This realization was developed to streamline the handling of automotive carpet components at the end of the production line. Two mirrored manipulators securely grip each product, lift it from the assembly position and place it accurately into the designated transport frame.

The system combines robust mechanical engineering, pneumatic clamping, Siemens PLC control and integrated safety technology. Operators initiate the cycle from the workstation while safety scanners, emergency controls and clear signalling protect the surrounding work area. The result is a reliable, ergonomic and repeatable material-handling process designed around the customer’s existing production equipment and transport frames.
